The Australia & Canada Services of UBI Smart Parcel Becomes the Recommended Logistics Solution of Ali-Express

Australia Post as well as Canada Post have decided not to provide any tracking event once the registered parcels arrive at their territory since late 2015. Lots of e-Sellers on Ali-Express have suffered severe complain as well as “Claim of Loss” from buyers as a result of this big change of postal service.

In order to enhance the shopping experience for buyers and extend commercial protection to e-sellers on platform, Ali-Express has issued an official statement to all the e-sellers on 12th Apr, 2016 which is to recommend them to use the Australia and Canada service of UBI Smart Parcel. The statement not only indicates the Australia and Canada services of UBI Smart Parcel will still be able to provide full extent of tracking event including “Delivery” status of each parcel, but also predicates the recognition of quality service of UBI Smart Parcel from Cainiao , Alibaba Group as well as broad e-seller base.
